At Brianna Babywear our mission is for you to be extremely pleased with your purchases.

For your convenience, all mail orders may be returned to Brianna Babywear.  
Brianna Babywear Return Policy,

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Brianna Babywear accepts returns of merchandise in original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns accompanied by the sales receipt will receive a refund to the original form of payment. Returns made without a receipt within 30 days will be redeemed for Brianna Babywear merchandise credit at the item's current selling price. Brianna Babywear will not issue a refund or merchandise credit for items returned past 30 days.

All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. Returns or exchanges on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

How to Mail a Return Back,

Should you wish to return/exchange any items to  Brianna Babywear Customer Service, please follow these steps:

• Please fill out the invoice included with your shipment. Be sure to include all relevant information, especially if you are returning merchandise for an exchange.
• If you can not include the invoice, please supply the following information:

1. Full Name, Address, Phone#, Email
2. Item being returned (Item Description, Quantity, Size, Color, Price)
3. If exchanging, please include the information of the item exchanging for (Item Description, Quantity, Size, Color, Price)
4. Please mail your return to:

• Please include your original invoice with all returns/exchanges.
• All items must be in unused condition with original tags still attached to ensure a full credit.
• All items must be postmarked within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise. No returns accepted after 30 days.
• Pack the item (s) in the original shipping materials.
• Affix the supplied return label over the original shipping label, and seal for shipment.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid; Brianna Babywear cannot accommodate C.O.D. returns.
• You will receive a notification in the mail once your return has been received and processed.
