1. What payment methods can I use when ordering online?
The following credit cards are accepted at Brianna Babywear:

2. When will my order ship?
Brianna Babywear endeavors to ship purchases of in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. When will my order be delivered?
Standard ground arrives within 5 to 7 business days
2nd Day arrives within 3 business days
Overnight arrives within 2 business days
(Please note that orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be shipped out the following Business Day.
4. Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, Brianna Babywear does ship outside the U.S. (some countries as Nigeria are restricted)
5. What if I changed my mind and want a different size or style after I placed my web order?
Immediately call: 1800-506-7610 and speak to Customer Services or if after hours, leave a detailed message and we will adjust your order or if your order is overnight please send us email to customerservice@briannababy.com
6. What if I am not pleased with my selection, may I return this purchase?
IF you are not pleased with your item, simply return it to Brianna Babywear Inc. for a full refund.
7. What if I want to return or exchange an item? How do I do that?
There is one way to return or exchange a web purchase. You can return all purchases to Brianna Babywear Inc. using the same invoice that was sent with the item.
All returns, credit and/or exchanges on full price merchandise must be made within 30 days of merchandise receipt.
8. If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it?
Yes, exchanging gifts is easy. All gifts come with an invoice and can be returned
9. Will my order be taxed?
Sales tax will only be included on orders shipped to the state of California.
10. How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for receipt and processing of your return. You will receive a copy of the return receipt in the mail.
11. What if I need help making a selection? Is there someone knowledgeable with the product that I can speak to?
Please call our Customer Service Consultants at 1 866- 506-7610 (Monday through Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm PST) and they will help you find the perfect gift, coordinate an outfit and answer any questions you may have. You may also direct any questions to us via email at: customerservice@briannababy.com
12. Where are your clothes made?
Brianna Babywear Inc manufactures clothing from Peru, South America. All of our products are manufactured with love in Lima, Peru.
Quality is the most important criteria for us.
